Based in Pedreguer, Alicante, we work with homeowners, businesses, municipalities, and utility companies to deliver clean, reliable, and affordable solar energy solutions.

This is an exciting time for the renewable energy industry, with demand for clean power growing rapidly. We are now looking for a motivated and bilingual Project Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing solar energy projects across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with municipalities and utility companies to manage permits and documentation

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person

  • Schedule installations and coordinate logistics with the technical team

  • Manage internal systems (CRM), calendars, and project timelines

  • Support quoting, basic marketing, and customer service tasks

  • Help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • Additional languages an advantage

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, or project support preferred

  • Comfortable working with government bodies and external stakeholders
